Hello, go to www.3vcash.ie its a prepaid credit card and its free to get
it takes a week or so to get it in the post when you get it go to any spar shop and top it up and away you go. Best of look.Does anyone know where one can buy vouchers, coupon or gift cards for ebay?
surely youl have a bank account? send them a cheque or postal order. ebay arent like shops they dont do gift vouchers and stuff!
