Gift vouchers can be really impersonal. That's why they make lousy Valentine gifts. UNLESS you make your own. Hand letter it, dress it up, tie a ribbon around it - stuff like that. Say something like ';so you can choose whatever book your heart desires - because you are my heart's desire';.
Problem with this is that if you specify a dollar amount - it could look kinda cold. Most books aren't prohibitively expensive, though.
if I was your girl I would love a gift voucher I would make it for Barnes and Noble good book store hope this helps
