I assume that you mean the UK high street store which has been in financial difficulties.
Go to your nearest store tomorrow and spend the vouchers. The chain has been bought over I think, but the new owners might not honour vouchers issued by the previous owners, or may stop doing so with no notice.

What and where is the Officer's Club? Find their telephone number and give them a call.
Ask someone at the Officer's Club, maybe??
