I have received a 拢1000 voucher from world gift cat. because a national newspaper gave the rub card free.?

Should not the newspapers and magazines that include these rubcards be held responsible for these scams? Why do they include them if there have so many complaints. Why doesn't the government legislate against them to protect the general public. I know there is a common rule, nothing is free, but I paid for the newspaper and the rub card was given away with it. Sometimes the Nat Lottery gives free cards away and we trust them if that free card wins. There must be hundreds if not thousands of people who have paid over 拢6 just to hear what they've won and to obtain the claim number. Once you send off a claim, THEY DO NOT GO AWAY. they are constantly writing saying there are unclaimed prizes, BUT it will cost to get them! I thought PRIZES were something you won - free. They do supply an address: Unit 10 Tavistock Ind.Est, Ruscombe Lane, Twyford RG10 9NQ - anyone work there? yes, you are right! The newspaper is distributing these scams to all there customers and if there was many complaints they should be responsible.





There should be a disclaimer on the cards, if not call a lawyer and maybe you can sue!!
