I believe you can get a bank voucher (from whichever bank you choose or that offers this) which is applicable to various outlets in shopping malls.

How about trying shopping centre vouchers, you can find it in Metro, OG, ....etc, but if I am correct the smaller amount they have is $ 10.00 happy family day
I think Singpost will be able to get those vouchers.
