Undecided on an upcoming birthday present. Is it just totally impersonal to give a voucher considering we are good friends? xWould you prefer a gift or a gift voucher?
I would prefer a gift voucher as it has more flexibility.
The only drawback about the voucher is that you will know the value of the present. If you are happy with that then fine.
As you are giving a present then maybe you could explain to your friend that you did not know what to get them so you gave them the choice via the voucher.Would you prefer a gift or a gift voucher?
