Yes you can.
You have to go to eBay.com (American site) and you buy a value in dollars, which is then converted to sterling.
You then get the option of just having eBay e-mail your sister with all the details, or you can opt to print out a gift voucher to present her with.
Either way, you get a code that you input at the checkout which deducts the amount of the balance.
I did this for my brother for his birthday last year %26amp; works really well.

I don't think that you can. Your best bet is to send pennies to her paypal account and she can spend spend spend! Put the print off of the receipt in her xmas card it would be a great gift! You've given me an idea lol xxxx
