Can you purchase a gift voucher for the internet?

I am looking to give my grandson a present as he is about to go travelling around the world.


He is always on internet. Can i give him a voucher for it? So he can buy things from internet.





Or if this is not possible, is it possible to download his internet onto 1 (maybe more) CD's so he can have it while on his holiday?Can you purchase a gift voucher for the internet?
I have had this same dilemma two weeks ago, when thinking of presents for my postman.





I spoke to a gentleman at the library who assured me you can buy a voucher for internet, up to the value of 3 downloads.


Unfortunately this is all of the detail i was able to gain, as he had a severe lisp.





Hopefully someone will be here to point us in the right direction. I would like to buy a voucher for internet in a physical store aswell.





I would go to the post office, but i am afraid the postman may see me there buying his present.
