The gift vouchers should have the standard terms and conditions on the back (typically in small print).





It will also depend on the type of voucher supplied. If it's one of those discounts ones or any type that is free, they give you something like 0.001p, i.e. pretty worthless unless you printing business and you do millions of these





If it's the actual 拢25 voucher, for 拢25, then they should do. Failing that, they should otherwise give you store credit for something else.
