I have a gift voucher but its expired, is there anyway I can still redeem it?

The gift voucher stated that it would expire within 12 months of purchase but I couldnt get into store then.

For the first part, whether there is anything you can do, my suggestion is to go down to the store and ask the manager for help, nicely, it's a favour if he/she lets you.
